以 owner 身份執行 PHP – suPHP

在正常的情況下 PHP 及 CGI 會以 apache 的身份來執行，所以很多時也會遇到權限的限制，在 CGI 已經有 suexec 可以解決這個問題，而 suPHP 就是可以使 PHP 程式以 owner 身份執行的工具。
